Evidently, the founders of Sea Otter have appointed a board of directors to help them improve their event.

Perhaps, in the wake of last year's timing & scoring disaster, they should put "HIRE A COMPETENT SCORING & TIMING CONTRACTOR" on the list of suggested improvements.
