Sometimes a paper jam will become so severe that you cannot get the paper through the printer. Remove the printer from the housing. Be very careful of the power and signal cables. Mark where they go on the connector on the circuit board. Place printer in a roasting pan or similar so that small parts will not get lost. Remove
the small screws holding the stainless cover on. Un snap the little ring holding the end of the roller on. Pull the roller off and reach in and pull the jammed paper with tweezers. Replace roller. Clean off with rubbing alcohol. Reinstall and test.
