I am new to the Alge Timy3 setup. Is there a manual that better explains the menu choices. I have the feeling that I’m not setting up my Timy3 correctly for a single run ski race. Do I use backup or pc-timer? If there are other Timy3’s in use on the hill what is the best team and channel to use on the Photocell so they don’t interfere? Sorry in advance 😵💫

Always use BACKUP with software unless the author recommends PC TIMER. PC TIMER puts out a constant tick every 10th of a second that european programs use to sync running time for TV. Split Second/ NASTAR likes BACKUP
Every timer/photocell/device on an ALGE WTN wireless setup MUST be on the same team. This is the top rotary dial on the PR1aw cell and a menu choice in the TIMY3 under WTN/Settings, The lower dial is for personality. 1 for red course, 4 for blue normally
Then another system operating nearby MUST be on another TEAM , say 4 to not interfere
What is the best way to set up a dual course using one Timy3. Just not sure how to configure the cables.
