mylaps tranx260 transponder filling material

Hi everybody,

I would like some help with the following:

I had to replace the rechargeable batteries in some of the afore-mentioned transponders and to do that, I had to remove some filling agent. Could anyone tell me what kind of resin i should use?

I'm looking at the PE and PUR-resins, maybe epoxy. Do you have other suggestions?

Hi Victor,
In Germany there is a company called KLOFT TIMING who is officially exchanging the batteries. You can call them and ask for the material composition. I know fellow time keepers that have used PUR and silicone caulk as a replacement.
