Do not plug key into the PC until later. Make sure PC is on internet
1) Open Vola and go to Help drop down
2) Click on Hardware key
3) Click on Driver button in center of info box
4) Driver should download
5) Go into downloads and run the .exe file
6) Reboot computer
7) Perform personal tasks such as; stretching, hopping on one foot, toothpick use, scratching, etc.
8) Open Vola and go to Help drop down
9) Click on Hardware key
10) Click on Driver button in center of info box
11)The driver should come on for real with a normal Windows install screen
12) Say yes and let it install
13) Exit Vola
14)Plug in key
15) Restart Vola and it should now say extended on the upper part of the screen and not demo
