We use a Bang2 unit with an SU3 unit and an e-Start gun. The Bang2 is connected to the Alge camera via WTN. During this weekend's track meet, the Bang2 unit would display "STOP! Not ready for start!" when the SU3 unit was connected. As soon as we diconnected the SU3 unit from the cable (so no short circuit in the cable), the diplay changed to "READY for start!" We could still trigger a start with the greent button on the SU3, but the e-Start flashed yellow and could not be used and there was no start sound generated by the Bang2. Is this a hardware or firmware error in the SU3? Is it possible to reset the SU3 in any way?
