Phoenix Sports Technology is pleased to have been an ALGE Distributer since 1987. The largest and most comprehensive supplier in North America for the past 22 years. Our distribution of now parent company Microgate's products began in 2004 with our Sports Timing International subsidiary.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Wolfgang Sparer as Managing Director of ALGE-TIMING, with responsibility for the company’s operational management.
Wolfgang is 49 years old and grew up in South Tyrol, Italy. After studying Business Administration in Milan and Cologne, he began his career in international product management before moving into executive leadership. Over the past ten years, he has supported companies across various industries as an executive manager, interim CEO and strategic advisor, with a particular focus on operational excellence and international business development.
For the past one and a half years, Wolfgang has already been working closely with ALGE-TIMING in an advisory role and has become increasingly involved in the company’s strategic and operational development. In his new role, he joins us on the management board and will lead ALGE-TIMING’s day-to-day operations.
We are also very pleased that Albert Vetter will continue to support ALGE-TIMING as Senior Advisor. Over the next two years, he will accompany the transition, ensuring continuity and a smooth handover while sharing his invaluable experience and maintaining his long-standing relationships.
Today, ALGE-TIMING works with trusted distribution partners in more than 40 countries, while our products are used at sporting events and sports facilities around the world. For 80 years, our reputation has been built on precision, reliability and exceptional product longevity.
