Live-timing with Mylaps Orbits 5 software

You will probably need the XML-Export-plug-in for your Orbits 5 prior finding a service provider.
I know there are a few solutions available on the market with different price tags but they are all (like the live timing by MyLaps) in the three digit Euros price range.

This XML file export plugin they only release for those who have the pro version of Orbits 5 software

Yeah, there is a prohibitive high price tag on the Advanced version which has then the "results monitor feed" (I guess this is the XML-output) included. Try to ask your account manager if there is a way to this option in the the Standard package. I am also using Standard and make use of the "Announcer Page"-feature.

Look for details of the Rmonitor protocol, you should be able to find the details on the web, then you can roll your own updates to your website
