USB driver for ALGE Timy3 for Windows on Macbook

I have a newer macbook air that I run windows 11 on via parallels. It looks like I was able to download the com to file program and it appeared that I loaded the drivers for it. But when I open up my nastar software it shows the TIMY3 as not connected.

What did I do wrong?
