Please remove hill wiring from timers when not in use

We are experiencing more and more ALGE timers coming back for service with Channel 0 disabled.

This presents a problem for creating a legal Sync and Sync + 1

The only circumstance we can determine is that an electrical spike or surge was carried by the hill wiring start pair into the timer that was plugged into Channel 0
