I would not plan on a ten year payback horizon. The rapid innovation in rifd and transponder technology would point to a 5 year investment. I am not sure what the rules are for depreciation of capital assets in your country are. 5 years is a VERY long time in the USA for such an investment. Please structure your business plan accordingly. Remember that there is a huge difference between a business and a hobby.
