broken LED in Tag Heuer HL 2-32

While tapping the case for a stripped screw in a Tag Heuer HL2-32 photo-eye, I broke the red LED that lights up the lower lens. I still get a signal on the back side of the unit, so I am thinking it still works. Can the LED be replaced?
