                        Humberto Uribe built a utility called "Skunk Creator" to parse .csv files to create seed lists and import files for Skunkware timing software. It worked fine on our newer XP Dell machines. This particular event combined two DH runs with one Super D run for the combined (DH, super D, DH was the order). With the DH course being 2 minutes in change for the fast guys, Super D just over 5 minutes, and $10,000 cash purse on the line we had to be tight.                         Hey All, I am at 2006 BMX Nationals in Canada. With the arrival of BMX at the 2008 Olympic, the format will start with a Time trial on BMX track. Canada will start this year with these format also because we going to host the 2007 BMX World Champ. Problem in BMX, they use letter on their plates combined with letter (W1 to W8, N1 to N8,...) I was able to register my rider with plate W5 and W6 but when I want to put the rider in the Queue section, I am not able to type a letter... that could...</p>

                        Joe Tirko, Terry Shaffer and myself timed and produced results for the US Open of Mountain Biking at Diablo Freeride Park at Mountain Creek in NJ. This event has grown over the past four years. They had a $20,000 cash purse and tons of prizes for amateurs this year,so it completely understood that the event sold out. 500 slots filled. We ran 500 starts at 30 second intervals with three 5 minute breaks between classes. Tirk was taost when the qualifying was through!! We rented a Daktronics...</p>

                        Halfway through last Saturday's 100m Dash cycling race here on Maui, I saw a bunch of ties in the standings form and realized I had set TT*Ware to the wrong resolution (1/100). TT*Ware always captures all the TODs in whatever resolution the timer dumps out, then calcs & truncates the NET based on the resolution set by the user. Since the TODs from the Timy (in 1/10,000) were still in the racer reccords, I exited the Timing Form, corrected the race resolution to 1/1000, and recalculated...</p>

                        The first deployment of Broder's TT*ware with the "new" TT*Remote was used this past weekend at the Wolverine Sports Club "Willow TT" in Michigan. Broder's TT*Remote allows multiple computers to access the Timing TT*Ware computer while the race is in progress to Add and Update Racers via TCP/IP connection. This allowed our timer to not be disturbed and also allowed us to give unofficial results throughout the day as certain classes finished the race. This made the wait at the end of the day...</p>

                        I have been asked to present the TTWare to a prospective purchaser, a local rowing club, who want to use it for a local time trial type event. Is there a way for a remote split to be automatically entered into TTware without having to be re-entered manually, as there is little likelihood of being able to roll out a 1000m cable along the murky Yarra river to get a split.
