The ALGE RLS1n photocell has a delay setting that is varible from immediate to 2.5 seconds. Locate the hole directly to the right of the battery compartment. USe a small screwdriver to rotate the knob clockwise for greater delay. Most timers and software allow you to block further impulses at the timer. This delay setting will work best with devices like the COMET and the GAZ displays that have no delay settings. Use an extra long delay for 3 day eventing or carriage driving, less for x country skiing, short delay for alpine skiing, motorsports. Factory setting is short delay.
