We can send you a new door or you can fix it yourself. Unfold a paper clip until it is straight. Place the battery door on a flat surface and have an assistant hold it steady. Grab the paper clip with pliers or vise grips. Heat the clip with a lighter until it is red. Melt the clip through the old pivot point on the door. Keep going until it comes out the other pivot point. Let cool down. Cut off the excess until only the little pivot point nub remains (1.5 mm) Loosen screws near battery compartment. Reinstall door.
