PST has found that mounting the RLS1n photocells on replacement lawn mower wheels to be effective for various applications. We attach a 3/8 bolt to the wheel. The ALGE cells use standard threads and spin right on.

We have never tried this concept for skiing but there is no reason it would not work for the primary cell.
