Race Administration/Timing Clinic



(for the completely inexperienced)



Date: 11/16/03, 9-5.

Location: GMVS Campus, Waitsfield, VT 05673

Who Should Attend: newly hired Race Admins and Timers who have never run a

race before and need some hands-on help.

Limit on Participants: 10 max.

This clinic will be exclusively hands-on/minds-on and completely

introductory. We will actually enter names into the software, actually

print out start-lists, actually set up timing equipment, actually run a race

(or make the start-boxes and finish-eyes think a race is happening),

actually process results and create a results packet. In addition, the

content of the instruction will be modified as we go to address your

questions.



In order to make this work correctly, the clinic must be small and limited

to the basics. RSVP's are mandatory. It is first-come, first-serve.
