This event had no clocks but....
Really really fun.

Looking up the ridge at the start for the first day in at the top of the rocky spine in the near ground. Day two start up on the other side of the peak in the back.

Athletes at the start for day one.

Creative line choices with risk.

Day two, the finals, moved the venue over to some exceptional terrain that is usually closed. Weather was marginal with high winds overnight and overcast skies with snow in the late afternoon.

"The Review" with "Nice Chute" and "Easy Chute" to the far skiers right. Lots of sick lines were skied in this area.

The main route from the top in the center is "Mountain Quail" with the top skiers charging the rocks up high and then traversing to their right under the rocks through the "Jello Bowl" on their way to "The Review".

Skier pioneering lines in "The Review" section.

More from "The Review"

Athletes hiking the 30 min trip to the start.

Skiers at the start area.

Skier in the main route "Mountain Quail" Start is at the top right of the photo with many taking risks on the rocks.

With only a few banners, limited fencing, no b-net and absolutely nothing to do but watch this was the easiest event we have done this season.
