Not to each. Just send one complete set to USSA and then another to East. (BTW - you can send double sided to USSA.)

MTBChik is not right in this case. Two complete sets go to the Eastern Office. Eastern sends one set to USSA from there. Eastern has more than 50% of the total races in the country and clears everything through the east first. Nice job Janet!

Doh! Sorry about that. That changed for every division except East about 5 years ago.

It's a good thing you guys have all those old growth forests out there!
