PST will be attending the clinic held at the WVBBTS club HQ on Dec. 3-4. We will also do an "on hill" training session on ALGE timers, Display boards and Split Second Software at the Waterville Valley World Cup race venue.

Please let us know if there is any interest in digital photofinish systems and we will demo that as well.

Please contact Jim Green or the WVBBTS for more info.

Just a little late with this reply, but the Sat. 12/3 NHARA timing and JA clinics will be held at the Waterville Valley Conference Center, not at the WVBBTS club house.

The clinic was well attended. Moving it to the conference center was a good idea considoring the great turn out. Jim Green and his Wildcat crew set up a full sanctioned race scenario. Two ALGE TDC 8000s, RLS1n cells, STS M2s start gates, Q34 headsets. The entire assembly was able to benefit before the groups broke up into the different levels.

Thanks to Laura and Mark Sullivan for teaching Level 1, Jim Green level 2 and Jordan Ginsberg for Level 3.

PST was able to participate and it was great to see everyone.

Later that day we began installing new timing equipment at the World Cup venue at Waterville. The WVBBTS will be using Split Second software on-line with their new ALGE TDC 8001 to time this season. They will be using a hybrid Phoenix "B" display for spectators and an external parallel monitor for the announcer.

It was great to see the "timing condo" again. We last worked there as "Event Services" in 1991 for the World Cup finals.

Andrew White and Ken Stevens of the WVBBTS will be heading up the timing and scoring effort and have put in countless hours preparing for our visit.
