Phoenix Sports is proud to have been selected as the timing and scoring partner of the recently completed 2003 Jr. World Cycling Championships held in Moscow, Russia. 4 PST staff members traveled to Russia and worked with our ALGE partner, OSTI Timing of St. Petersburg.
