Quick question for those more experienced out there:

For cycling events on the velodrome, what is the preferred (or required) method for rounding?

I've been doing a subtraction of time-of-day event times and then truncating the result to get a net time. Is this correct for cycling events?

Use the maximum precision available for the TODs to do your math, and then, yes, Truncate.
