PST is once again providing timing, results, web site, etc for the UCI World Junior Championships. The 2004 edition is being held at the ADT Center velodrome in Carson CA on the grounds of the Home Depot Center.

The ALGE OPTi color digital photofinish in use at the 2004 World Junior Track Championships. The blue signal/power cable was routed under the track to the infield viewing area.
