You can run multiple PCs from the same TIMY (or S4, TDC 8000, etc.)

The existing serial cable can be easily made into a split or "y" cable to distribute the data to multiple PCs. We have done up to 8 simultaneously with this technique.

You get EXACTLY the same raw timing data.

Therefore you can create a "PARALLEL PRIMARY" system where your primary timer is sending data to two different types of software. One software could be controlling your scoreboards and the other could be used for creating results and reports for example.
