Boy did I have some trouble trying to sync 2 timys this last weekend. Please refresh my poor memory. While we are at it how about two timys and an s-4 at the same time?

The Timy has a neat function that if you hold down both the Red and Green OK buttons it will send a top of the minute impulse out the start channel to help sync other devices. Just before the top of the minute, hold both OK buttons down until the sweep of the minute is completed.

Set all your other timing devices for the next minute, hook up, hold OK buttons and you should have a sync at the top of the minute.

Sometimes the TIMYs can be tricky. They want to revert back to the last program you used. You may have to use the menu key while the TIMY is running to change to the program you want to use. Then turn the TIMY off. It should then allow you to sync it once it is restarted. All of the polarity between timers must be the same. Don't plug timers together until they are turned on.

Good advice and what about the actual connection? Channel 0 to 0?

Yes. Channel 0 on all of the timers. Make sure the grounds are all matching as well.
