timy is connected in the usb port it works club software but say not connected in fis software

In setup and test, click on the <Timy Control> button, then click <open>, data should start streaming in the lower windows. Then close the window, using the red X box in the upper right corner. If you click <close> it will close the connection with the Timy. If you close out of the timing screen, the connection will drop out, so be sure to go back to setup and test to reconnect.

Make sure that the copy of the National/FIS software.
