My company works in the rowing market using the Alge TEX for our start. We often have problems because our clients typically provide volunteers to start the race. As a result, we were interested in building some device that powers a larger LED or panel that's visable to the person when they click the button. We've found that the LED on the unit is really not visable. Fred also mentioned that we could use a TIDY. But our equipment is tossed around a lot and I'm not quite sure that the want any more equipment floating around... If all you want is a brighter, bigger feedback of when the button is pushed; you could use an Alge Start Flash. Kind of like an LED photoflash that will emit a very bright burst when a button is pushed. Reasonable cost... | |||
