So you want a speed trap out on the course but dont want to deal with the wire. Use your TED! Each set of TEDs can transmit and receive two individual channels. Set up your TX with a DIN plug with pin 1 for first channel and pin 2 for second, pin 3 is the common ground. On the RX end the same cabling is needed to run those channels into your clock. With this setup you will only need enough wire to run from one cell to the other. TX can be stationed by one of the cells and transmit both impulses. Be sure that the trap times are greater than about .15 seconds or the delay blocks will get in the way.
