Make sure you check the ends of new AA batteries before loading them into the TED tranmitters or any other device using batteries. We had an instance this past weekend where brand new Energizers failed to work properly due to corroded ends. Quick touch up with an emery board made them work. Make sure the contacts are clean and shiny and you should be ok.
