I have two (2) slightly used Seiko DPU 414 printers available for sale. These units are in good condition and print quality is like new. They come with a power supply but not the internal rechargable battery. (In order to comply with FIS homologation you will need either the battery - avaialble from Seiko - or plug the unit into a UPS available from Best Buy, e-bay etc. for around $30.)

Printers will work with many Alge and Tag timers with appropriate cable.
