I need to connect 1x 3V LED for each channel to the S4 or to the Timy to indicate me witch line is operationnal. I will connect it to my on/off switch and from the other side I will use the commond +5 VDC Stabilized. I don't know what is the Amperage of the Timy and the S4 so I can't calculate to put the correct resistance to lower the voltage from +5VDC to the LED Voltage +3 VDC.

Any info or advice ? Is the same resistance will works for an S4 and Timy ?

The way circuits of an S4 are made, I don't think it's possible without an additional
electronic device, not simply adding a LED. Each circuit of each channel is "open", since
a device (like start gate) "close" this circuit. For a very short of time. Using this
signal for a LED will result that you will not even see the LED light. In fact the channels
are not "live" anymore. There is nothing in line until a short signal is produced.

Your question is the same as Mike S March 02, 2009 08:33 PM, an there's no reply.
Maybe anyone whith knowledge in electronic can help?
