when trying to run a dual nastar we are not getting starts nor do we get starts on a single course setting. on the dual set up ew get accurate starts on the second course only. start wires are clean pairs and link to nastar format on the laptop seems to work fine. have checked start switches and these work. any ideas?

Have you tried reversing polarity? Check polarity by disconnecting the wand mechanism and using the raw wires to trigger.

If that gets you no joy, perhaps you should place a call to RRS, where I presume you bought it since they are the Heuer dealer for the USA. I'm sure the highly trained technicians there will get you all fixed up.
