Looking to get my PTB to print to the 10,000th of a second like my timy does. I have received a configuration program from TAG but when I try to get it to talk to the clock I get red codded responses and no love. I am up on the Ver13 firmware and love the tape running with USSA/FIS.

It seems that I had the wrong config program. Version 5.0 is needed for the V13 firmware. If you have a PTB get the program and print times to the 10,000th. Chicks dig the fourth digit and your timing reports will be that much cooler.
