We are having some problems with teh volume on our ALGE S4 headsets it seems to us that the volume is very low compared to last year I've tried adjusting the volume there's not much difference from low to high. The only difference from last year is we ran a permanent cable on the mountain the resistance is 20 ohms less then the cable we had last year. Does anybody have an idea what I should check

use new batteries (in S4 and startgate) and
check for volume difference in both headsets.
