I'm told there were significant timing/results issues at the triathalon World Champs in Vancouver- does anyone know what the issues were, and which transponders were involved?

Like MOUSE, I would be very interested in additional technical details on the failure if anybody on the forum knows more. Sounds like the whole event was a total disaster due to terrible weather and organizational problems.
