James Broder of skunkware.tv has drastically improved a product known as GAZem (GAZ (ALGE DISPLAY) emulator) This will allow you to bring display board data from either ALGE timers such as the Tdc 8000, Tdc 4000, S4, TIMY, COMET or ALL SKunkware products such as TT*ware, Veloresults, Fiddleware into a PC with a serial port. You need at least 800x600 screen resolution and in fact using old notebooks with that resolution works best. Parallel the data line going to the displays into the PC DB9 (pin 5 ground, pin 2 signal)Experiment! You should be able to use a $100.00 scan converter to put the screen on TV sets as well
