I recently had to time a tetemark race. In their rules, certain penalties are applied, which result in the addition of one second to the run time for each penalty. Does any one know of a timing software that can provide for the addition of penalties to run times?

I have done this a number of times, and haven't found software for the penalties. I have used exports to excel, as well as editing the print preview screens in Split Second. Both Work...just not enough Tele races that need it to justify software...I usually put the time where race points go. The easy part is that the penalties are even seconds.
