Picture of Split Second Timing - Geoff

The Canadian points lists that can be downloaded from http://www.acapoints.ca/e/html/results/e_natpoints.asp are in a slightly different format than the USSA/FIS software expects.

I wrote a program to convert them into the US format so the software can use them directly.
It's free, and anyone may use it. Just save it somewhere on your computer (like your Desktop) and run it. It has an explanation that will hopefully make sense.

The USSA/FIS software expects a Male file and a Female file but it's easy to download a Male and Female list from the acapoints site and then convert each one.

Hopefully I'll build it into the USSA /FIS software so it can use the Canadian Format directly.

Question of the day: Since the Canadian points file contains exactly the same data items as the US format, why create a new fiile format that's slightly different to one already well established and being used?
