Question:
please help!

we receive the following message when trying to open our Nastar software. this just happened this morning after downloading from NASTAR.

access violation at address 00404EEE in module 'NASTAR.EXE' read of adsdress FFFFFFF7.

please peply if you have seen this and know what the heck the fix is to this virus????
