Humberto Uribe built a utility called "Skunk Creator" to parse .csv files to create seed lists and import files for Skunkware timing software. It worked fine on our newer XP Dell machines. It failed to initialize on our older IBMs. We needed to download and install the latest .net files to allow it to work.
