I downloaded this program last year but coudnt quite figure it out. Now there is a setup doc to help you get it going. It seems to work with most timers and display boards and interfaces with fis points lists, as well as generating the FIS xml files. I have not played too much with it yet, but if you speak french that would help. No matter what language is sellected the error messages are french.
