Hi, I am trying to recover the information stored in ALGE TDC8001, using COMTOFILE, but there is nothing happening in the computer!.

I haved tried with Send Commands "classement" radio button checked, but does not recover nothing.

Witch type in the TDC8001 to start the transfer?, maybe reboot TDC8001 with an special option?

The only thing it's happening is the TDC is sending all start times and fihish times in runtime but not the "olds" times stored and registered in TDC (same race, same heat).
