We bought the dektroniks 2020 clock and can't get it to work with finishlynx. They advertise it is compatable. Dektroniks sold us a signal converter, and it still does not work. Does anyone else have a idea on how to get it to work with Finishlynx?

Lynx outputs are based on the .lss file. The Lynx Scoreboard Script must match the type of display you are trying to control.

The TI-2020 is a 6digit running time clock. With the signal converter you have it should contain a serial cable coming off it? that is what you need to use to connect to your finishlynx computer.

If you're not using a Daktronics controller use the DAK.LSS script in Finishlynx.

In FinishLynx go to File-options-scoreboard "Click New" then select Dak.lss from the script box and then choose the com port. Next.......Choose running time to Normal. then reboot lynx. After the software is open go to Scoreboard-Show time of day. you should see time of day on the board. Any time there is a check mark next to "time of day" it means you're outputting data.

Only have one chance to get a photofinish. don't blow it!
