The results system in Lynx needs to be able to find and interpret the data contained in either the Lynx.ppl or Lynx.evt file. Make sure that the settings under are:

OPTIONS

DATABASE

Data Source * Files
Code Set * Single Byte

It generally works best to overwrite the existing Lynx.ppl file with the new data that you have. Leave all of the input directories default (C:\Lynx).

Create a new directory for your data, results, and LIF file outputs prior to starting the program. Then browse to find the appropriate folder.
