The beloved grey and black Q34 headset has been retired. Repairs of these units will continue at the PST shop. PST has laid in a large stock of parts and rebuilt Q34 headsets to meet the future needs.

The new HS headsets have 3 major features that separate them from the Q34

1) Ear pieces are leatherette vs cloth
2) Headband is molded plastic rather than 2 bands of plastic coated metal
3) Lower initial cost

ALGE has not offered an "XL" version of this headset yet. The industry trend is to wire communications and headsets on a separate pair and not to connect them to start gates.
